- All anglers, regardless of age, must possess a Rogue-South Coast Steelhead Validation during the specified season (December 1st through April 30th) for steelhead fishing in the Rogue-South Coast region (refer to page 35 for more details);
- A valid annual angling license along with a combined angling tag, or a daily/multi-day angling license with a legitimate ODFW ID number, is mandatory.
To legally harvest wild steelhead in the Rogue-South Coast region, this tag must be carried by anglers of all ages.
